What is NoFollow HTML Code and How to Insert the Code in Your Blog

In Previous article I wrote tips about how to find DoFollow blog then I have some question from my friend for how to make their blog NoFollow?

What is Nofollow?
Nofollow is an html attribute first introduced in 2005 by Google. Originally, the rel=”nofollow” attribute was added to discourage comment spam in blogs. Links with nofollow should not influence the link target’s ranking in the search engine.

“Nofollow” provides a way for webmasters to tell search engines “Don’t follow links on this page” or “Don’t follow this specific link.”

Please see the example below:
1. <meta name=”robots”content=”noindex,nofollow”/>
Using this code will NOT allow both indexing and following of links by a robot crawling on the page.

2. <meta name=”robots” content=”index,nofollow” />
Using this code will allow indexing of the page, but instructs the robot to ignore any links within the page.

3. <meta name=”robots” content=”noarchive,nofollow,snippets,index” />
Using this code will not allow archiving of the page and instructs to ignore found links, but lets the robot find and get snippets of the page and allows indexing of the URL.

4. <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex,follow” />
Using this code will allow indexing of the page, but instructs the robot to ignore any links within the page.

How to Insert the Code in Your Blog

When you connect to a network share on your LAN or to your .NET Passport account, Windows allows you to save your password in order to use it in each time that you connect the remote server. This utility recovers all network passwords stored on your system for the current logged-on user. It can also recover the passwords stored in Credentials file of external drive, as long as you know the last log-on password.

Which passwords this utility can recover ?
• Login passwords of remote computers on your LAN.
• Passwords of mail accounts on exchange server (stored by Outlook 2003)
• Password of MSN Messenger / Windows Messenger accounts
• Internet Explorer 7.x and 8.x: passwords of password-protected Web sites ("Basic Authentication" or "Digest Access Authentication")

Using Network Password Recovery

How to Fix Recent Post and Recent Comment Not Update on Blogger (Blogspot)

In my previous article I wrote about How to get Recent Comments and Recent Posts on Blogger/Blogspot, but for a couple a day I am not realize that my Recent Comments and Recent Posts in my blog not update. Yeah..using that method sometime it takes a time to show the latest post and comment after update but if it is taking for a couple a days there must be some problem.

I try to search on the internet but cannot find the solution about this problem. After trying for a couple hours..:) finally I can fix this problem.

Here’s the solution
1. Login to your Blogger account
2. Select Layout ->page element
3. Add the Gedget then choose Feed
4. - To get recent comments, In the Box type:

http://YourDomainNameHere.com/feeds/comments/default?alt=rss

- To Get Recent Post use:

http://feeds2.feedburner.com/Your_feedburner_Feed

Notice how Feedburner capitalizes your blog name. Check the exact address at Feedburner if you are not sure of the feed address.

you can use Filter Search box to find the preference name, after you find the setting, double click than change the integer value



4. Create new Integer.
Right click anywhere on Firefox page than choose New->Integer

5. Enter the Preference Name “nglayout.initialpaint.delay” then set the value = “0”
This code to remove delay time on Firefox

6. Restart your Firefox browser by closing and Reopen it again.

Note : Before you change the setting its recommended to write down the default setting, so if there is a problem after changed, you can put back the setting easily.
